Dr. Trent Snow is a Southern Utah native — born and raised in the region, with an undergraduate biology degree from Southern Utah University, where he graduated summa cum laude. He then completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Arizona, where he was valedictorian of his class, received the William S. Kramer Award of Excellence and the Pierre Fauchard Award, and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society. His specialty training followed at the University of Oklahoma, where he earned both a Master of Science and a Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.
He returned to St. George — the community he grew up in — to build a locally owned orthodontic practice grounded in what his own description frames as treatment plans tailored to facial profile development, not just tooth alignment. The clinical philosophy distinguishes the practice from cosmetically focused straightening operations: the emphasis is on how teeth, jaw, and airway function together, which is a sub-specialty orientation within orthodontics that not every practice maintains.
Snow Family Orthodontics is at 10 Diagonal Street, Suite 203, in the downtown professional corridor, and holds active membership in the American Association of Orthodontists, the Rocky Mountain Society of Orthodontists, and the Utah Association of Orthodontists. The practice is a recent addition to St. George's orthodontic market but carries credentials that are a level above the standard DMD-plus-braces setup.
